The marriage matters more than the wedding.
Couples marrying at Northmead go through marriage preparation with a member of the pastoral team before the date is set. It covers communication, finance, family, intimacy, expectations and faith.
This is not a formality. It exists because the strongest predictor of a marriage lasting is how honestly a couple talked before it began.
The day
The church conducts the wedding service itself. The office will explain requirements, available dates, and how the service is planned together with you.
