We at NAOG believe the Lord has raised us to catalyse twenty-first century mission efforts from Africa, for a harvest of souls in Africa and beyond — in order to effectively possess the land by reaching un-reached peoples and nations.

Bishop Dr. Joshua H.K. Banda serves as Overseer and Senior Pastor of Northmead Assembly of God. He is also Presiding Bishop of the Pentecostal Assemblies of God Zambia and President of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Africa, Southern Africa Region.
Alongside Pastor Gladys Z.M. Banda, he has founded humanitarian work that has rescued and rehabilitated thousands of orphaned and vulnerable children over four decades of ministry.
The church is governed by an Executive Board and served by a Pastoral Team, working alongside ministry leaders drawn from across the congregation.
