Worship planning, rehearsal and the spiritual formation of the people who lead this church in song.
What this ministry is
Excellence and reverence, not one or the other.
Music Ministry carries the sung worship of both Sunday services — singers, instrumentalists, sound and media working to a planned service order rather than improvising each week.
Preparation is treated as a spiritual discipline. Rosters are set in advance, songs and arrangements shared before rehearsal, and the team is discipled as worshippers first and musicians second.
