Ministry Leadership Classes

Training for those stepping into leadership within a ministry — before they are handed responsibility, not after.

Why training first

Willingness is not the same as readiness.

Northmead runs nineteen ministries, all led by members of the congregation. Ministry Leadership Classes exist so that people are equipped before they are appointed.

The training covers spiritual formation, practical leadership, pastoral responsibility, safeguarding, and the specific expectations of leading a ministry within this church.

Who should attend
