What this ministry is
The first face you see, and the last.
The Ushering Ministry’s main aim is to help create a good environment for worship and hospitality — ensuring congregants are welcomed and ushered in and out of the church in an orderly manner, and assisting the church leadership so that services proceed in good order.
Beyond welcome, the team manages seating and crowd flow, receives and cares for special guests, handles incidents calmly, and keeps leaders informed of attendance in real time.
