The NGO this church founded in 2005 to meet the HIV/AIDS pandemic head on.
It began as a support group inside this congregation.
Circle of Hope became operational on 1 September 2005, established by Northmead Assembly of God as a direct response to the support group for people living with HIV and AIDS within the church family.
From the start it took a family-centred approach, having recognised how closely poverty, prostitution, alcohol abuse, broken families, street children and HIV/AIDS are bound together. You cannot treat one and ignore the rest.

Clinics operate across Lusaka Province, including mobile and satellite centres, and at Chisamba in Central Province.

The flagship HIV/AIDS response for a movement of 1,500 churches.
Circle of Hope is the hub for comprehensive HIV/AIDS service provision within the Pentecostal Assemblies of God Zambia, present in every district of the country.
It is a member of the Churches Health Association of Zambia and the Lusaka District Health AIDS Task Force, and works in partnership with organisations across the health sector.
